Rožinis ruduo // Rosy Autumn

Šiemet ruduo atėjo punktualiai. Aš šiek tiek vėluodama pagavau rudeninę nuotaiką. Pristatau kompiuterio dėklą su rožiniu patepimu. Subalansuotas moterims, bet tinka ir drąsiems vyrams.

Autumn was very prompt this year. It took some time for it to get in my head. I am introducing laptop case with a bit of rosy. It is created for women, but it can be used by brave men. 

Užsakant galima keisti spalvą. Ir šiaip galime aptarti norus bei svajones. Can be any color on request. Maybe something else? We can discuss all the wishes and dreams.

Kutukai grįžo // Fringes are back

Atėjo dar vienas gimtadienis... Atėjo laikas pirkti dovaną... Užėjau į savo dirbtuvėles ir suvokiau, kad dovana gali būti labai greitai pagaminta. O štai ir rezultatas.

One more birthday came… Time came to buy a birthday present… I went to my little workshop… And then I realized that the present can be made. Here is the result.

Pasigaminti gana paprasta, tereikia rasti tekstilę, medžiagą, kuri neskūra. Čia galite rasti trumpas instrukcijas. Originaliai vidus buvo paliktas be pamušalo, tačiau aš nesusilaikiau.

It's very easy to make it. You just need to find textile that wouldn't come apart. So that fringes could be easily made. Here you can find easy intructions. Originally there was no additional inside fabric. But I couldn’t hold myself.

Rugsėjo boružėlė // Ladybird of September

Štai dar vienas rugsėjis. Sesei buvau pažadėjusi pagaminti pieštukinę. Atėjo rugsėjo pirmoji, nebebuvo kur dėtis. Radau gražų ir greitai pagaminamą variantą. Štai čia. Bet šį kartą pagalvojau, kad ir pati galiu parodyti, kaip jį pasigaminti.

And here is another September. I made a promise to my sister that I will make her a pencil case. September the first came, had to do it. I found a very nice and easy template. Right here. But this time I thought that I can show how to do it myself. 

Taigi, pradžiai mums reikia išsirinkti tekstilę bei užtrauktuką. Tekstilę patarčiau rinktis kuo mažiau skūrančią.

To begin with we will need to choose a fabric and the zipper. I would suggest to choose the fabric that doesn’t come apart so easy. 

Prismaigstykite užtrauktuką prie tekstilės galų taip, kad geroji užtrauktuko pusė žiūrėtų į gerąją tekstilės pusę.

Pint the zipper to the fabric ends. Make sure that good side of the zipper is facing the good side of the fabric.

Neskubėdami, atsargiai susiūkite. Atkreipkite dėmesį, ar siūnate tik vieną tekstilės sluoksnį, nes jei daugiau, kažką darote ne taip.

Carefully sew the sipper and fabric together. Make sure you are sewing only one layer of the fabric. If not, you are doing something wrong.

Kad atrodytu profesionaliau bei užtrauktukas nekibtų prie tekstilės, reikėtu dar kartą susiūti iš gerosios pusės kuo arčiau krašto. Neskubėkite, siūkite kruopščiai mat čia bus geroji pusė, kuri matysis.  Turėtų atrodyti štai taip.

To get professional look and make sure that the zipper won’t catch the fabric sew again from the top. Take your time, because this is the good side that will be seen. In the end it should look like this.

Atėjo laikas suteikti pieštukinei tūrio. Susekite užtrauktuką. Suplokite pieštukinę taip,kad užtrauktukas būtų per vidurį, o geroji pusė viduje. Tada šonus sukiškite į centrą ir įsmeikite smeigtuką. Kad būtų aiškiau, žvilgterėkite į nuotrauką.

It is time to give some volume to the pencil case. Zip up the zipper. Put it flat so that the zipper would be in the middle. Make sure that the fabric is inside out. Then tuck in the side and pin it. To be more clear look at the picture. 

Belieka susieti galus. Prieš siūdami, atitraukite užtrauktuką iki centro, ar bent kažkiek, kad netyčia jis neliktų „už borto". 

Time to sew the sides. Make sure that the zipper is unzipped till the middle or so. If not it may be impossible to unzip the pencil case.

Nukirpkite nereikalingus galiukus, išverskite ir darbas baigtas. Belieka susidėti pieštukus.

Cut off all the unnecessary ends and turn good side out. That is it. All you have to do is to put in all the pencils.

Tikrai nesudėtingas darbelis, bet puikiai atrodantis. Su rugsėjo 1-ąja!

Mėlis // Blue devil

Rafinuotas  tašukas. Tokios smagios spalvos, kad tinka prie visokių apdarų. Nereikalaujantis galvos laužymo. Su užslėptu moteriškumu. Man labai norisi jį pavadinti klasikiniu. Ne tiek dėl formos, kiek dėl spalvų derinio.

Sophisticated handbag. The color is so gentle and simple that it matches all kind of clothing. No need to wonder. With femininity concealed inside. I really want to call it classy. Not because of the shape but because of the color match. 

Modelis beveik identiškas Pudrinių pelenų. Tik pagrindas apsuptas tokia pačia tekstile.

Template is almost identical to the Blushed ashes. Just the base is all from the same Fabric.

Klasikinis moderniam // Classic for the modern

Pas mus atsirado naujas šeimos narys. Man teko garbė pasirūpinti jo apdaru. Po kelėtos bandymų pavyko. Štai rezultatas:

We have new family member. I got the honor to make the cover. After few tries I finally made it. And here it is:

Mano Meilė klasikos žmogus. Na bent jau tam tikrais klausimais. Tad atradau vilnonį audinį iš Šerloko Holmso laikų. Norėdama pagyvinti suderinau su jaukia geltona. Visi liko patenkinti rezultatu. Dar buvo prisiūta papildoma kišenėlė, tačiau ji vėliau patapo užlenkimo prailginimui.

My Love is a classic man. Well at some points of life. So I found woolen fabric. It is a bit “Sherlock Holmish”. To vivify it a bit I used worm yellow. All were pleased with the result. There were an extra pocket but later on it was used to extent the folding part.

Šiam darbui parodyti man norėjosi vyriškos rankos, tad į pagalbą atkeliavo mano Meilė. Ačiū jam labai labai!

For display I really wanted some manhood. My Love was willing to help. I am really grateful for that. Thanks!

Vandenynas // Ocean

Vandenyno žydrumo ir linas. Naujas žemiškas derinys . Dar vienas dėkliukas elektroninei knygai. Galutinis variantas man priminė pavasarinę kelionę į Siciliją. Hm... Žydra žydra jūra. Žydras žydras dangus. Aukšti aukšti kalnai. Skanus skanus maistas. Nerealiai nerealus cannoli.

Blue ocean and natural linen. New earthy combination. Another e-book case. Final result reminded me of a spring trip to Sicily. Hm… Blue blue sea. Blue blue sky. High high mountains. Deliciously delicious cannoli.

Gal nori vieno tokio sau? O gal kokio kitokio? Rašyk – suderinsim. ;)

Pudriniai pelenai // Blushed ashes

Pagamintas dar vienas. Naudojau verstos odos atmainą. Labai mielas liesti variantas pavyko (na bent jau daugumai). Ši kartą rankenėlę pritvirtinau  taip, kad esant norui ją galima būtų nuimti. Juk ne visada ji reikalinga, ane? Be to, gavosi graži detalė. Kaip ir dauguma mano tašukų, šis taip pat nedidukas, bet smagus. Na kaip sakoma, geriau vieną kartą pamatyti, negu šimtą kartų išgirsti. Žiūrim.

Another one was made. I used material close to suede. That made is very touchable (at least for most). This time handle can be removed if needed. Also it looks much better this way. As majority of my bags this bag is also small one. But that what it makes it so special. As we say in Lithuania, it is better to see once than hear about it 100 times. Let us watch.

Gabalėlis dangaus // E little piece of heaven

Vasaros pradžioje susidomėjau batika. Nusidažiau vieną audinį. Ilgai jis gulėjo, kol buvo pritaikytas. Gal prieš kokias 2 ar 3 savaites prisėdau ir padariau. O šiandien pagaliau padariau ir nuotraukas.  Atiduodu jūsų teismui.

In the beginning of summer I was really into tie dye. Stained one piece of fabric. It took some time till I finally used it. It was maybe 2 or 3 weeks ago. Today I pulled it up and made some pictures. Now I am leaving it to you to enjoy ( I hope).

Nuo durų per petį // From door steps to shoulders

Prisimenat kutukus? O šia grožybę? Hm....

Remember fringes? And this beauty? Hm...

Pagaliau radau tinkamą variantą už nuostabią kainą viename iš prekybcentrių. Teliko keletas papildomų dalykėlių susirinkti:

Finally I found what I was looking for. Nice to look at small woven door mat. Found it in one of the super markets. There were only few things left:

      Door mat

• T-shirt

• Small chain

Tiesa pasakius, pradžioje pabandžiau tik trikotažinę virvutę supinti, tačiau man kažko trūko, tad taip ir atsirado grandinėlė.

To tell the truth, I was thinking to make the handle only from T-shirt rope. But something was missing. So that is how chain got in there.

Taigi pradžioje iš maikutės pasidarome virvutę. Tiesiog ją sukarpome. Tada ją ištampome, kad gautume kažką panašaus į tai:

So, first of all we cut the t-shirts into a long string. Then you have to stretch it, so we would get something like that:

Aš kraštus apvijau ta pačia virvute, kurią ką tik pasigaminome. Jūs galite susiūti ir siuvimo mašina, ar rankomis. O tada atėjo grandinėlės eilė, per kurią pervėriau 3 virvutes. Tvirtinau ją keliose vietose su tomis pačiomis pravertomis virvutėmis.

What to do with the sides of the bag? Personally I just winded around with the same string we just made. You can also sew it with the sewing machine. And now it was time for the chain. I Attached it in few places with the string that I put through. I used 3 strings for the chain.

Štai ir baigta. Galite pasigrožėti.

And that is it. Now you can admire.
